Quitman is a 3 story, traditional style, residence hall with space for 258 male students. Each floor is served by two common baths. Most rooms are configured for 2 students, but 3 man and 4 man rooms are available. The hall provides easy access to many classrooms on campus.

This is our least expensive male residence hall on campus, but it is our best value because students still receive many of the same amenities and security features found in our more expensive facilities.

• Add 802.11n wireless Internet access in addition to internet connections in each room
• college cable TV
• central air conditioning
• a lounge on each floor
• lobby with flat-screen plasma TV
• coin operated laundry area
• custodial service in common area baths and corridors

Security features include:

• 24 hr. video surveillance
• central fire alarm
• 2 live-in supervisors

Furnishings include:

• built-in twin size bed
• built-in desk and chair (for each resident)
• closet

Rate: $425 per semester $50 deposit
