Taylor hall is a three story female residence hall with accommodations for 172 students. All rooms are double occupancy. Taylor is a traditional style hall in that each floor is served by two large common baths. One of the best features of Taylor is its central location. Most classrooms are close by and the cafeteria is located directly out the back door.

This is our least expensive female residence hall on campus, but it is our best value because students still receive many of the same amenities and security features found in our more expensive facilities.

  • Add 802.11n wireless Internet access in addition to internet connections in each room
  • college cable TV
  • central air conditioning
  • a lounge on each floor with a microwave
  • lobby
  • coin operated laundry room

Security features include:

  • electronic controlled/monitored access
  • 24 hr. video surveillance
  • central fire alarm
  • 2 live-in supervisors

Rate: $425 per semester $50 deposit

Welome to Taylor Hall. My name is Ms. Jackie, and I am the Day Residence Hall Supervisor. This is a career I have grown to love since August 1990. I have had the opportunity to work in four residence halls my many years of employment at Northwest. My personal belief is that Taylor Hall is the BEST residence hall on the campus. Our ladies are involved in many activities here, but when it's time to get serious about school work or keeping rooms clean, my ladies get down to business.

I would like to welcome you to Taylor Hall. My name is Paula Lipford, and I am the Evening Residence Hall Supervisor. I have been part of Northwest and Taylor Hall since August, 2009 and have thoroughly enjoyed every minute here. I am truly blessed to have the opportunity to be a part of the students lives here whil

e they are away from home. The students are involved in several activities, but most importantly they are dedicated to continuing their education and being the best they can be. Encouragment is one of the keys to success, and I can truly say, we encourage our girls every day to do the best they can, even when they're faced with adversity. Thank you for touring Taylor Hall, and we look forward to meeting you soon.
